1. Our position on copyright
Team Architects respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same of everyone who uses this site. If you believe material on theteamarchitects.com infringes a copyright you own, send a notice that meets the requirements below.
2. What a notice must include
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a written notice of claimed infringement must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If many works are covered by one notice, a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to find it, such as the page address.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

4. What we do with a notice
When we receive a notice that substantially meets the requirements above, we will remove or disable access to the material, and we will take the further steps the statute requires, including notifying the person who provided the material where we can.
5. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed, and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Team Architects may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
Send the counter-notification to the same agent. If the counter-notification meets the statute, we may restore the material in the time the statute allows, unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order.
6. Repeat infringement
Team Architects may suspend or end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others.
7. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
